CONSTRUCTION SPECIAL INSPECTION SERVICES
Special Inspection
Experienced with Special Inspection on a variety of projects of various sizes. Project experience ranges from military structures, high rise towers, commercial / retail buildings, custom homes, and residential construction. Being a Lead Special Inspector for various construction projects and managing a Special Inspection Department, I am familiar with construction, building codes, and the Special Inspection requirements.
Construction Management
Provided Construction Management services as a CCM (Contract Compliance Monitor) for HART (Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation) on the construction of the elevate guideway between East Kapolei and Aloha Stadium.
CCM’s primary duty is to provide construction over site in all aspects of construction ranging from quality, schedule, changes, safety, traffic control, etc. I also managed other CCM’s as a Lead CCM for the construction of FHSG (Farrington Hwy. Station Group) which consists of West Loch Station, Waipahu Station, and Leeward Community College Station.
Structural Assessment & Forensic Inspection
Being experienced with performing structural assessment of existing structures provides every project added value to the quality of construction. Previous structural assessment projects range from potable water tanks, freeway overhead signs, bridges / culverts, and existing buildings.
In-Service Bridge Inspection
Having previous certification training by the National Highway Institute I managed In-Service Bridge Inspection projects as a Team Lead. The bridge inspected ranged from different spans and designs on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Kauai.
